If you would like to start an application (Kindergarten after Dec 15th, Grades 1-8 after January 10, 2024) Online Application in Registration Requirements.
Grades 1-8: Please note you will be charged a $20 application fee and a $200 registration fee when you submit your application. If your child is not accepted, we will return the $200, but the application fee is nonrefundable. If we accept your child and you decide not to attend, neither fee will not be returned.
Kindergarten Registration Fee is $350.

Registration Requirements

Online application (Kindergarten available as of December 15, 2023 and Grades 1-8 available as of January 10, 2024)
- Once you create an account you will choose which application you would like to complete.
- Child’s birth certificate
- Child’s baptismal certificate (if Catholic)
- Child’s record of immunizations
- Most recent report card
- Most recent standardized test scores
- Registration Fee
- $350 for Kindergarten
- $220 for grades 1-8
3K & Pre-K for All Registration
To register for 3K or Pre-K for All, go to the New York City Department of Education’s My Schools website. Use the OLQMCA Code ~~ 28QADY
